Woodex, as an international exhibition on woodworking and furniture production, furniture equipment, and technology, is organized every 2 years and becomes one of the most important events in its sector. This organization is supported by the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Industrial Policy of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Russia, the Federal Forestry Agency, the Moscow City Municipality, the Timber Industry and Timber Exporters, the European Federation of Woodworking Equipment Manufacturers EUMABOIS, and each time it attracts the attention of thousands of experts with a comprehensive exhibition and a wide business program.
It is the equipment and technology exhibition that has become the largest event held in the woodworking and furniture manufacturing industry in Russia within the last two years. More than 230 companies exhibited their stands, 130 of them are foreign participants. Various companies from 17 countries were represented at Woodex 2021, including Germany, Italy, Spain, Finland, Latvia, Belarus, Turkey, Sweden, Estonia, Denmark. Italy, Germany, Finland also presented huge collective national stands. The total area of the exhibition was more than 18,000 square meters.
