Black-White Protective Film
Overview
Black-white film is designed to protect PVC and aluminum profiles from UV radiation, damage, contamination, and mechanical influences. This is the most durable type of protective film, made of a two-layer polyethylene material with one side black and the other white. The thickness of the film varies from 40 to 80 microns, depending on the customer's request, and the protective properties depend on the selected thickness.
Protective Properties:
- Protection from UV radiation
- Protection from damages and contamination during transportation and installation
- Protection from mechanical influences during processing (bending, cutting, shaping, stamping)
Applications:
- Painted and unpainted metal sheets and products, such as sandwich panels, aluminum composite panels, and aluminum window profiles
- Plastic surfaces, including plastic sheets, PVC profiles, and window sills
Properties and Benefits:
- Combination of different films with different properties
- Good elasticity and opacity
- High reflection effect of light rays
- Impermeability to water and vapor
- High strength characteristics
- Easy removal from surfaces, leaving no adhesive traces
