The motorized bending machine is designed for bending PVC profiles with a glycerin heating system. The bending machine with glycerin was designed for bending – plastic profiles and manufacturing of PVC Windows and door arched constructions from any type of PVC profiles including laminate PVC profiles. Can be produced arch up to 6000 mm in length.

  • Warming container for heating PVC profile with digital thermostat and suspension arm for a profile.

  • For the manufacture of matrices, PVC profile samples are required in 2.5 meters long.
  • Design of machine is engineered by international European standards EU / European EU standards.
