The principle of bending is based on placing a profile previously softened with heated air in a hot chamber into a special system of templates. It is environmentally friendly and safe compared to existing analogs.
The set of equipment includes an aerodynamic heat tank for heating profiles, a bending table, a template system, fixtures for clamping, a compass leg for adjusting the radius, etc.
The bending table is made of a special transparent heat-resistant material with linear channels for setting and measuring the radius.
The heating tank consists of three segments, where the profiles can be installed at the front or at the back. Energy-efficient heaters and a closed air circulation system are also used. The design of the furnace assumes the possibility of heating a limited section of the profile, which must be bent. The machine is designed for bending the profile on the desktop with the help of side extensions.
