Machine measure the length of the profile automatically and determine the number of the screw

2 pcs. of servo-controlled screwing heads perform the screwing operation as per the program that is made by the operator
Output conveyor and profile storage, which automatically discharges profiles when screwing is completed
Separately positioned and easily reachable PLC controlled screw feeding units ensure non-stop screwing operations
Automatic stop when screwing operation is completed
Long-lasting working with chin rest system
Seamless screwing by the screw feeders positioned independently of screwing heads
Screwing speed: 2.5-3 sec./pc approx. for single head
Technical support and trouble shooting can be done by remote connection by via VNC
All error messages and system status information can be observed on the screen by using the HMI program developed by Yılmaz R&D department
All machine axes are moved by a hardened linear bearing – guide and rack-pinion gear system that provides accuracy and durability
