Hot melt PS1300-550 on the base of synthetic rubber
Pressure sensitive adhesive used for labelling carbonated drinks, enabling a good creep resistance of the labels to the expansion of the bottles. The adhesive is characterized by good thermal stability, high level of flexibility and adhesion, resistance to expansion, low viscosity.
Hot melt PS1300-550 is used for:
- Labeling of plastic, metal bottles;
- Marking of cans and glass jars;
- Secondary packaging;
- Production of bags, trays and packaging;
- Flycatcher manufacturing;
- Mounting the cover for wet wipes.
Application: can be used in the nozzle, roller or another applicator system. Temperatures above 170 °C should be avoided. During extended machine stops it is recommended to switch off the heating.
Storage conditions: glue should be stored in a closed original package under normal cool and dry storage conditions and protected from direct sunlight. In such conditions glue can be stored for at least 12 months without a negative impact on its quality.
