Hot melt PS5052-8250 on the base of synthetic rubber

PS5052-8250, high tack PSA hot melt adhesive with high heat resistance for general product assembly. This adhesive can be used successfully in several different applications. 

It is characterized by: high cold tack, good adhesion to a wide range of surfaces, and low odor.

Hot melt PS5052-8250 is used for:

  • Assembling and covering cardboard boxes, trays and crates,
  • Double-sided tapes, in the production of cargo envelopes,
  • Aluminum profile wrapping,
  • Printing industry and production of souvenirs,
  • Production of diapers,
  • General-purpose product assembly.

 

Application: can be used in the nozzle, roller or another applicator system. Temperatures above 190 °C should be avoided. During extended machine stops it is recommended to switch off the heating.

Storage conditions: glue should be stored in a closed original package under normal cool and dry storage conditions and protected from direct sunlight. In such conditions glue can be stored for at least 12 months without a negative impact on its quality.
