Lamination for MDF Profiles and Panels
The popularity of lamination grows every year, thanks to its elegant appearance, glossy surface, absolute protection from mechanical damages, and resistance to any detergents, including acid.
Lamination is one of the types of MDF processing that improves the operational and technical properties of the material. The MDF lamination process is optional and applied to an already finished slab.
MDF lamination allows you to paint panels in any color without fading, even when using modern cleaning products. Such surfaces are resistant to friction, ultraviolet rays, and high temperatures. Laminated MDF profiles are used for the production of furniture, skirting boards, facades, windows, doors, wall panels, and frame structures.
MDF Lamination Process:
MDF lamination can be single-sided or double-sided and is produced on special machines using two-component adhesive or hot melt glue.
