Hot melt adhesive Swift Lock 4780 on the polyurethane base
Polyurethane base hot melt glue has been specially developed to be used in window technologies during lamination of the window PVC and aluminum profiles and window sills. It is suitable to use for both outdoor and indoor lamination.

Applications: can be applied in rollers or nozzles or another applicator system. During lamination, it is recommended that the temperature of metal surfaces should be maintained at +40°C. The optimum PVC profile temperature before gluing should be at a level of +30°C – +35 °C. For the optimum results, materials which are bonded must be clean and dry, free from dust and contaminations. Full hardening of the adhesive is achieved after 1-3 days at a temperature of 20°C and relative humidity of 65%. After bonding, the products are ready for further processing (cutting and trimming).
Storage conditions: glue should be stored in a closed original package under normal cool and dry storage conditions at room temperature from + 15 ° C to + 30 ° C with a minimum relative humidity of 30%, should be protected from direct sunlight. In such conditions, glue can be stored for at least 12 months without negatively impacting its quality.
