Hot melt adhesive EVOLUTION C 2700 based on polyolefin
This multi-purpose type of packaging adhesive is used in the ceramics industry. The adhesive has good hot tack and, depending on the substrate, can be bonded at temperatures from -25°C to +70°C.
Compared to EVA adhesive, it has improved thermal stability, remains constant in its viscosity, so no change in adhesion and quality occurs during the process, even with long storage of the adhesive in melting units. Good adhesion to difficult substrates, low consumption of glue with extremely low density, odorless and smokeless - this is not a complete list of the features of this type of product.
Colquimica hot melt adhesive is used for:
• Packing ceramic tiles,
• Seals, sealing of cardboard, corrugated packages,
• Installation of trays,
• Assembly of complex substrates.

Application Conditions: Hot melt adhesive is suitable for use in nozzles, rollers or other adhesive applicators. Applicable with any type of melting machine. Recommended operating temperature is 150°C - 180°C, temperatures above 190°C should be avoided. Equipment must be free of EVA melt and cleaned as this product is incompatible with EVA hot melts. During long stops of machines/lines, it is recommended to turn off the heating.
Storage conditions: the adhesive should be stored in its original sealed packaging, in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight. Under such conditions, the adhesive can be stored for at least 24 months, retaining its properties.
