Hot melt D-2516 on the base of synthetic rubber
Hot melt adhesive for bonding cap system to beverage cartons, using cap applicators. Especially developed for bonding stream cap and slimcap systems, PE or PP caps, to carton.
It is characterized by: Good adhesion to PE, PP, HDPP and Carton, good impact resistance at low temperatures, good thermal stability. Fast setting, good heat resistance. Enhanced inner cohesion, improved elasticity, improved elasticity. No odour.
Application: can be used in the nozzle, roller or another applicator system. Temperatures above 200 °C should be avoided. During extended machine stops it is recommended to switch off the heating.
Storage conditions: glue should be stored in a closed original package under normal cool and dry storage conditions and protected from direct sunlight. In such conditions glue can be stored for at least 12 months without a negative impact on its quality.
