Synthetic Resins Based Adhesive COMFORT D-310
The mattress industry has evolved and begun using Hot Melt adhesives, as, unlike other adhesive technologies, these are safe and environmentally friendly. Our industrial adhesives for the mattress industry are used in the assembly of mattresses and upholstery, in the production of bagged springs and in technical textile lamination. Hot melt adhesive D-310 is specially developed for bonding pocket springs.
Hot melt D-310 is used for:
- Assembling mattresses,
- Bonding packaged springs and layers;
- Bonding foam around or close the foam box with NW layer or box.
Properties and benefits of hot melt adhesive D-310:
- Low viscosity and fluidity for spray application;
- Good hot tack;
- Easy melting,
- Light Odour;
- Good bonding properties to NW, PU foam and textiles;
- Good thermal stability;
- Non-toxic;
- Good Flexibility;
- REACH, OEKO-TEX, IOS-MAT certificated.
Application: can be used in nozzle, roller or other applicator system. Recommended working temperature 150 – 180°C. Temperatures above 190 °C should be avoided. During extended machine stops it is recommended to switch off the heating.
Storage conditions: glue should be stored in a closed original package under normal cool and dry storage conditions, should be protected from direct sunlight. In such conditions glue can be stored for at least 24 months without a negative impact on its quality.
