Hot melt PS1062-2000 on the base of synthetic rubber
Pressure sensitive adhesive used for labelling paper and labels to PVC, PE, PET bottles and other substrates. This hot melt is also used for palletizing bags or boxes. High cold tack, good thermal stability and low temperature high resistance .
Hot melt PS1062-2000i s used for:
- Labelling of plastic bottles;
- Labelling of Jars & Tins;
- Secondary Packaging;
- RSC cases;
- Packs, Trays and Wrap around;
- Shelf Ready Packaging;
- Assembling Fish Box,
- Assembling Wet Wipes Cover,
- Labelling of metal bottles.
Application: can be used in the nozzle, roller or another applicator system. Temperatures above 180 °C should be avoided. During extended machine stops it is recommended to switch off the heating.
Storage conditions: glue should be stored in a closed original package under normal cool and dry storage conditions and protected from direct sunlight. In such conditions glue can be stored for at least 12 months without a negative impact on its quality.
