Two-component adhesive SWIFT COL 4125 on the base of polyurethane
Two-component adhesive SWIFT COL 4125 is used for profile lamination of wood products (MDF / DSP) and PVC profile and window sills with decorative PVC, PP and veneer sheets. This adhesive is recommended to be used for lamination of PVC window profile and window sills, due to its highest resistance to moisture and environmental influences.
Area of application:
- Production of windows and window sills (lamination of rigid PVC profiles with flexible PVC film and veneer);
- Manufacture of furniture (lamination of MDF by synthetic paper, decorative PVC film and veneer);
- Transport engineering (internal lamination of passenger train with PVC film).

Applications: bonding materials should be clean and dry, free from any dust and contamination The recommended working temperature should be between +15°C and +30°C. For the best results, it is recommended to use this adhesive with the hardener “SWIFT hardener 9524“ in the ratio of 1 kg of hardener to 20 kg of glue. The glue is applied to the film, after a short drying. The recommended drying temperature of the film is 50 – 60°C. In order to improve adhesion quality, the PVC profile must be treated with a primer “SWIFT prime 4956 FL“. To avoid unsatisfactory bonding, the temperature of the adhesive and the surrounding environment should not be below + 10 ° C. In the case of MDF profiles, it is recommended to control the moisture content of the material at a level of 8 – 10%.
Storage conditions: glue should be stored in a closed original package under normal cool and dry storage conditions at room temperature from + 5 ° C to + 30 ° C, should be protected from direct sunlight. In such conditions, glue can be stored for at least 12 months without a negative impact on its quality.
