Two-component adhesive Augsklei CG-60 on the base of polyurethane
As a representative of the Portuguese company “Augsklei”, we provide the glue for profiles and window sills lamination from warehouses in Istanbul and Baku.
We represent two-component liquid adhesive “Augsklei CG-60” based on polyurethane. This glue is used for lamination of PVC profiles, window sills and panels, aluminum profiles, MDF profiles and wood with decorative PVC films. It can be used both for external and internal lamination. Consumption of glue is 80-100 g/m2, depending on the environmental conditions and lamination materials. It is also suitable for all types of lamination machines.
The two-component adhesive “Augsklei CG-60” provides reliable fixation of PVC films with almost all kinds of surfaces, by attaching the moisture that exists in the air and materials to be bonded. This adhesive is characterized by high initial strength and contact tackiness for 6-8 minutes, good thermal stability and high heat resistance from -50 ° C to + 120 ° C, even during sharp temperature changes, its adhesion properties do not change at all. It also has high resistance to water, sharp temperature changes and climatic effects.

- Extremely thermostable;
- Good resistance to ultraviolet radiation;
- Resistance to extreme temperatures;
- Resistance to low temperatures;
- Water resistance;
- High resistance to sharp temperature changes and climatic effects;
- High initial strength;
- Absence of a joint after gluing;

Applications: bonding materials should be clean and dry, free from any dust and contamination The recommended working temperature should be between +15°C and +30°C, but not below + 6°C. The moisture content of wood and plywood must not be more than 20%. The two-component adhesive “Augsklei CG-60” is used together with the hardener “Augsklei Hardener 60“ and the primer “Augsklei Primer 60“. After mixing the glue with a hardener in a ratio of 1:20, the mixture retains its properties for 8 hours.
Storage conditions: glue should be stored in a closed original package under normal cool and dry storage conditions at room temperature from + 5 °C to + 30 °C, should be protected from direct sunlight. In such conditions, glue can be stored for at least 12 months without a negative impact on its quality.
