Product Overview:
We present the two-component liquid adhesive “Augsklei CG-60” based on polyurethane. This adhesive is used for lamination of PVC profiles, window sills, panels, aluminum profiles, MDF profiles, and wood with decorative PVC films. It is suitable for both external and internal lamination. The consumption of adhesive is 80-100 g/m², depending on environmental conditions and lamination materials. It is compatible with all types of lamination machines.
The two-component adhesive “Augsklei CG-60” ensures reliable fixation of PVC films with almost all kinds of surfaces by bonding with the moisture present in the air and materials. This adhesive is characterized by high initial strength and contact tackiness for 6-8 minutes, good thermal stability, and high heat resistance from -50°C to +120°C, maintaining its adhesion properties even during sharp temperature changes. It also has high resistance to water, temperature changes, and climatic effects.

Applications: Bonding materials should be clean, dry, and free from dust and contamination. The recommended working temperature is between +15°C and +30°C, but not below +6°C. The moisture content of wood and plywood must not exceed 20%. The two-component adhesive “Augsklei CG-60” is used together with the hardener “Augsklei Hardener 60” and the primer “Augsklei Primer 60”. After mixing the adhesive with the hardener in a ratio of 1:20, the mixture retains its properties for 8 hours..
Storage Conditions: Store the adhesive in a closed original package under cool and dry conditions at room temperature (+5°C to +30°C), protected from direct sunlight. Under these conditions, the adhesive can be stored for at least 12 months without affecting its quality.
