SWIFT Prime 4956 FL
Primer is a material that is used to prepare the surface before gluing. Primer is needed in order to improve the surface of the substrate (polyvinyl chloride, aluminum or steel) before lamination.
Primer “SWIFT prime 4956 FL” is specially designed to use together with a two-component adhesive on a polyurethane base “SWIFT COL 4125“. Due to the use of the primer, the consumption of the glue reduces to 20-30%. Primer has not only to be used to clean the profile surface, but also increases the tension of the surface, due to which the profile becomes more prepared for gluing. The fluorescent substances which are added to the primer make it easier to monitor the effectiveness of its application in UV light. This adhesive is sensitive to cold, it turns into a jelly substance at a temperature below 10 °C, can be thawed, non-flammable. It is also characterized by: extremely fast drying and highly homogeneous cover.

Applications: primer can be applied by felt, roller or special nozzle after cleaning and drying of the profile surface. It should be applied in a thin layer, film on PVC materials. It requires a film. Do not use too much primer, as this will lead to a violation of adhesion between the primer and the glue. Drying can be accelerated by heating the primer with a hairdryer or an IR lamp.
Packaging: tin can of 250 kg.
Storage conditions: primer should be stored in a closed original package under normal cool and dry storage conditions at room temperature from + 5 ° C to + 30 ° C, should be protected from direct sunlight. In such conditions, primer can be stored for at least 12 months without a negative impact on its quality.
