SWIFT Prime 4956 FL
Primer is a material used to prepare the surface before gluing, enhancing the adhesion of substrates like polyvinyl chloride, aluminum, or steel. “SWIFT prime 4956 FL” is specially designed to be used with a two-component adhesive on a polyurethane base “SWIFT COL 4125.” The use of the primer reduces the consumption of glue by 20-30%. It not only cleans the profile surface but also increases the surface tension, preparing it better for gluing. The fluorescent substances added to the primer make it easier to monitor application efficiency under UV light. This adhesive is sensitive to cold, turning into a jelly-like substance below 10°C, but it can be thawed and is non-flammable. It is also characterized by extremely fast drying and a highly homogeneous cover.

Applications:
- Apply primer with felt, roller, or special nozzle after cleaning and drying the profile surface.
- Apply in a thin layer on PVC materials.
- Avoid using too much primer, as it will impair adhesion between the primer and the glue.
- Accelerate drying by heating with a hairdryer or an IR lamp.

Storage Conditions:
- Store primer in a closed original package under cool and dry conditions at room temperature (+5°C to +30°C).
- Protect from direct sunlight.
- Under these conditions, primer can be stored for at least 12 months without affecting its quality.
