Two-Component Adhesive SWIFT COL 4125 on Polyurethane Base
Product Overview:
The two-component adhesive SWIFT COL 4125 is used for profile lamination of wood products (MDF/DSP), PVC profiles, and window sills with decorative PVC, PP, and veneer sheets. This adhesive is particularly recommended for the lamination of PVC window profiles and window sills due to its high resistance to moisture and environmental influences.
Area of Application:
- Production of windows and window sills (lamination of rigid PVC profiles with flexible PVC film and veneer)
- Manufacture of furniture (lamination of MDF with synthetic paper, decorative PVC film, and veneer)
- Transport engineering (internal lamination of passenger trains with PVC film)

Applications:
- Bonding materials should be clean and dry, free from dust and contamination.
- Recommended working temperature: +15°C to +30°C.
- For best results, use this adhesive with the hardener “SWIFT hardener 9524” in a ratio of 1 kg of hardener to 20 kg of glue.
- The glue is applied to the film after a short drying. Recommended drying temperature: 50 – 60°C.
- To improve adhesion quality, treat the PVC profile with the primer “SWIFT prime 4956 FL”.
- Avoid unsatisfactory bonding by ensuring the adhesive and surrounding environment temperature is not below +10°C.
- For MDF profiles, maintain the moisture content at a level of 8 – 10%.
Storage Conditions:
- Store the glue in a closed original package under normal cool and dry storage conditions at room temperature (+5°C to +30°C).
- Protect from direct sunlight.
- Under these conditions, the glue can be stored for at least 12 months without affecting its quality.
